Based on our 20+ years of experience we have selected a complete range of preserved truffles and truffle specialty products to fulfill the needs of chefs, professionals and gourmets, even out of season.
Our product line is well distributed, directly through us or through leading wholesalers, to restaurants and hotels in Switzerland, as well it is available for consumers at the best specialty shops.
We propose summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum) and winter black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) frozen as whole pieces and in shavings, vacuum sealed.
Preserved winter black truffle
We offer a selection of preserved truffles in tins, 100% Tuber Melanosporum, in shavings and as truffle juice. These products are especially used by professionals to enhance their fresh truffle-based creations and to prepare truffle dished out of season.
Truffle creams and sauces
We propose truffle-based creams and sauces for professional use and for the pleasure of gourmets. Our white truffle cream is perfectly suited to prepare dished as risotto and pasta.
We also offer a pure (85%) white or black truffle purée which is used by Michelin starred restaurants to re-enforce the taste of fresh truffle.
We have selected a range of truffle oils flavored with white or black truffle, either based on extra virgin olive oil or grape-seed oil. Our truffle oils are based on high quality synthetic flavors, which today are still the most performing and durable.
Organic Truffle Products
We will soon add to our portfolio a range of organic, natural flavors products as oils and sauces.
We propose finished products for consumers, as truffle honey and our famed truffle salami and pecorino cheese which are produced by renewed artisans, respectively in Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna, based on our recipes.
